If you are required to submit an official transcript, but did not actually attend the other institution, you must request that an official letter of non-attendance be sent to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office of the Registrar.
Additionally, students who wish to receive credit for exams successfully passed (such as AP, IB, CLEP, etc.) must submit to Â鶹ÊÓƵ official transcripts listing the score or a score report from the company that gave the examination. If requested, Eastern Florida State College's CEEB code is 5073.
