Sending Transcripts to Â鶹ÊÓƵ

Students who are transferring to Â鶹ÊÓƵ or returning as readmit students must submit all official and final academic transcripts from every previously attended , regardless of length of attendance, credit earned, awarded degrees, or if credits from a previous institution appear as transfer credits on your current school’s transcript.

If you are required to submit an official transcript, but did not actually attend the other institution, you must request that an official letter of non-attendance be sent to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office of the Registrar.

Additionally, students who wish to receive credit for exams successfully passed (such as AP, IB, CLEP, etc.) must submit to Â鶹ÊÓƵ official transcripts listing the score or a score report from the company that gave the examination. If requested, Eastern Florida State College's CEEB code is 5073.

  • The delay of the transcript (s) evaluation
  • An inaccurate transfer evaluation
  • A delay to review your records for admission into a limited access program
  • The loss of eligibility of financial aid awards (if applicable)

To expedite the receipt of your transcripts, please send all transcripts electronically from your previous regionally accredited institutions to registrar@easternflorida.edu or by mail to:

Â鶹ÊÓƵ Office of the Registrar
