F-1 Accepted Student Information
Once accepted to 麻豆视频, International students who are attending using an F-1 Visa must follow custom next steps to become fully enrolled at the College.

International Student Orientation is mandatory for all new F-1 Visa students. During
International Student Orientation you will receive information and materials on the
laws concerning your immigration status, conduct initial immigration check-in, and
learn about the programs and services available at 麻豆视频.
You can turn in your required health insurance forms at orientation.
As a new student at 麻豆视频, you will also be required to complete a new student orientation
for all first time in college students, transfer students, re-admit students, and
non-degree seeking students who have not earned an associate degree or higher. It鈥檚

If you鈥檝e taken the SAT/ACT and your scores are less than two years old or if you鈥檝e completed college level English and math courses with a grade of 鈥淐鈥 or higher, have your official test score reports and/or official transcripts sent to your primary campus.
No scores or previous college? No problem. Eastern Florida offers College-Credit and Vocational Credit testing, which you can explore at our Placement Testing website. You鈥檒l find lots of resources for test preparation.
You will need to meet with an International Student Advisor to review Placement Test scores, develop an educational plan, choose and register for classes, review holds on your account and address other academic concerns. As an international student, you will be required to meet with an advisor at the beginning of every term to monitor progress and remain in compliance with your F-1 visa status.

- Student ID cards are available at any 麻豆视频 Campus Security Office for free by presenting your class registration and a photo ID. This ID also will be your library card and replacing a lost card costs $10.
- A Student Parking Permit is required and the cost varies by term 鈥 view information on how to obtain a permit.
- Bookstores have course materials. At least 30 days prior to the first day of class for each term, 麻豆视频 posts a list of each textbook required for each course offered at the institution during the upcoming term. You can find the list at the , which will include the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for each required textbook or other identifying information, the title, all authors listed, publishers, edition number, copyright date and published date.
