How to Make an Appointment

Meet With an ASC or Writing Center Tutor

Â鶹ÊÓƵ tutors are here to help you, whether it's online or in person!

To receive online tutoring via Microsoft Teams, you need to make an appointment. If you prefer in-person tutoring on campus, you have the option to either set up an appointment or simply walk in (although we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to reduce potential wait times).

Follow These Steps to Schedule an Appointment

Log in to myÂ鶹ÊÓƵ and Launch TracCloud

Access the portal with your Titan Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials:

Select TracCloud from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Student Applications dropdown and click Launch. You can also access the tutoring appointments link through the Student Services Appointments section in myÂ鶹ÊÓƵ.

When first logging in to TracCloud, you will be prompted to confirm your BIO. Here you can Opt-In for SMS reminders and set a preferred First Name and/or Pronouns.

Search for an Appointment

In TracCloud, go to the Schedule a Tutoring Appointment widget. You may need to click it to expand it.

Choose a campus Center for In-Person visits or choose Online ASC to see online appointments.

Select one of your enrolled Subjects you wish to receive tutoring in then choose the reason for the tutoring appointment:

  • Course-Based Tutoring (for help with the actual subject content of your course)
  • Embedded Tutoring (special initiative only available for specific courses)
  • Writing Assistance (for help with any writing assignment for any course)

Click Search to execute your choices.

Choose the Appointment Details

The Blue blocks note Drop In availabilities, these are for campus walk-in visits and cannot be scheduled, but you can click them to sign up for SMS reminders.

The Green blocks are open availabilities that can be scheduled, please note the In-person or Online tags for the appointment type.

Select an open availability for the time slot and the tutor you would like.

Review, Confirm, and Attend Your Appointment

Review your appointment details, confirm the meeting type (In-Person or Online), and click confirm.

Check for a confirmation email via your Titans student email, and for a text message if you opted-in for SMS reminders on your BIO page.

If your appointment is in person, go to the ASC location for your campus.

If your appointment is Online, use the link in the confirmation email to connect with your tutor via Microsoft Teams. MS Teams is a free application that is part of the same Outlook 365 package that you use for student email. Your best experience attending live tutoring in Teams is by downloading the Microsoft Teams app, either from a link option below or from the applicable app store for your device.

  • Option 1 -  from the Microsoft website
  • Option 2 -  (While in your Microsoft 365 account, the same one used for student email, open Teams. Within the web browser version of Teams you can can find the option to download the Teams app to your device).
Manage Appointments

Within TracCloud you can view your scheduled appointments on the Dashboard, under the Upcoming Appointments section which will show details when you have an appointment:

Here you can view, edit, or cancel your scheduled tutoring appointments.

This will also be a link here when applicable as another way to access the Teams meeting link for Online appointments.
