Hold Code Explanations
The following list represents the type of holds that the College may place on student records, an explanation of what the hold means, and what action must be taken to resolve it. Students can view any current holds on their records by and checking the Message Center where holds are listed, along with an abbreviation for the hold when applicable.
Holds may be placed on the student enrollment process for a number of reasons, including outstanding admission requirements, unpaid financial obligations, or an incorrect address. Because certain holds can prevent registration, students should use the information and contacts on the chart below to satisfy their holds as quickly as possible to save time during busy registration periods.

If you plan to continue taking Â鶹ÊÓƵ classes after you graduate, you must change your major. If you do not plan to continue at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, no action needed. If you no longer intend to graduate, send an email to registrar@easternflorida.edu to have the hold removed. |
