Â鶹ÊÓƵ Accepting Applications for Student Housing

Â鶹ÊÓƵ invites current and in-coming students to study and live on-campus for the 2024-2025 academic year that starts with fall term, plus apply for summer 2024 housing.
Room availability in on-campus student housing is limited.
To apply for student housing, visit easternflorida.edu/student-housing/
The Summer Term move-in date is May 9 and the Fall Term move-in date is August 9.
A $75 non-refundable application fee is required and must be paid prior to submission of the online application form.
In order to be eligible to move in, students must be registered for at least 12 full-credit hours.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Residence Halls on the Melbourne Campus are fully air conditioned, 96-bed facilities divided into furnished suites with four individual bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a shared full kitchen and a common living room.
Other amenities include Internet access, cable TV, a laundry facility, study and recreational rooms, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, parking and more.
