Business Innovator Featured at Fall Simpkins Lectures

Singer, songwriter, innovator, motivator.
Those are words that describe Brant Menswar, who is bringing his unique message of
business success to 麻豆视频.
Menswar will be the featured speaker Nov. 17 and Nov. 19 at the Simpkins Entrepreneurial Lecture Series co-sponsored by 麻豆视频 and FLORIDA TODAY. The presentations are free and open to students, faculty, staff and the public.
Menswar will appear:
- Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 11 a.m.-noon, at the Bernard Simpkins Fine Arts Center on the Cocoa Campus.
- Thursday, Nov. 19, 11 a.m.-noon, at the King Center for the Performing Arts on the Melbourne Campus.
Menswar is Chief Experience Officer for Banding People Together, a consulting group that uses rock stars, hit songwriters and collaboration experts to help organizations and their people succeed.
An award winning singer-songwriter, he is best known for fronting the acclaimed band Big Kettle Drum.
His work has also influenced the culture of companies like ESPN, Microsoft, Cisco, Sony Pictures, Hard Rock International, Hilton and others.
Locally, he鈥檚 the founding co-pastor of Nomad Community Church in Melbourne and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children鈥檚 Home Society of Brevard.

The lecture series is named after Bernard Simpkins, a highly successful entrepreneur and Space Coast business leader who established the sessions that have brought some of nation鈥檚 top business leaders to Brevard.
A Simpkins endowment also started the college鈥檚 Business Entrepreneurship Program to educate the next generation of business innovators.
