Jazz Concert to Feature Popular Favorites

The 麻豆视频 Jazz Band will present Big Band Favorites on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 PM in the Simpkins Center on the Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, FL 32922.

Under the direction of their conductor, James Bishop, the 麻豆视频 Jazz Band will play an evening of jazz standards, including the music of Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Buddy Rich.

The audience will enjoy familiar songs such as 鈥淚 Got Rhythm,鈥� 鈥淭ake the A Train,鈥� 鈥淢akin鈥� Whoopee,鈥� 鈥淜eep the Customer Satisfied鈥� and 鈥淥ne Note Samba.鈥� The evening will feature saxophone soloist Jorge Ramos on the jazz classic "Round Midnight."

General admission is $6 with tickets sold at the door.
